What guides need to account for.
Adnan founded Garden in Place to make gardening advice more useful for people with a small bit of outside. A good answer should account for the door, the route to the tap, the space needed to tend a plant, and the rules of the building as well as the plant itself.
He chooses topics and reviews each guide before publication: does it answer a clear question, explain its reasoning, link to suitable sources where needed, and state what a reader must check in their own space? He reviews reported errors and updates guides when a source or recommendation changes.
Our editorial standards explain the process in more detail. You can also get in touch to flag an error or ask about a guide.
